aNY POinters on getting them to work again? they are fairly new!! with plenty of ink left in barrel. THE WHOLE PACKET HAS HEAPS OF INK AND WHOLE LOT DON'T WORK AFTER LESS THAN 6 WEEKS!! I put the lids back on after using until they 'click', but what else can i do?
also - will it be the same method for the metallic gel rollers (some of which are also stuck)

yes there are packs available. Please call our customer service team on 1300 88 87 86 if you would like a search to be run, on the suppliers in your area - so you know where they are available.
There are 7 colours available in the pastel range.

Hi Pental team,
Last year I purchased a 7 pack of these pens and I was happy with them but they are a bit too expensive for what you get and so this year I went to my local Smiggle store and purchased an 8 pack of scented neon gel ink pens which were cheaper and better looking and the grip didn't get grubby.
