Hi!
I hope that you are very well!
I am writing today regarding the sunburst medium pen range which I have recently purchased from office works and find to be a fantastic pen! Unfortunately, the first blue pen I have used ran completely out of in within one day of normal usage... not necessarily a problem as it gave me a great excuse to go back and grab a heap more, but I thought it would be valuable feedback in the event that you have encountered similar longevity issues.
Otherwise a really great pen... In the past I haven't really used Pentel pens (primarily as they seem to be few and far between at suppliers in my area) but I must say..I will definitely be "sniffing" them out in the future!
